The investigation continues into Sunday's deadly fire in Oswego County. Eight people died in that fire in Richland. Our Bill Carey says there is no rush to issue a report on the cause.

The defense attorney for Alan Jones says the case against his client is weak and if it goes to trial, he might put him on the stand. Jones is charged with second degree murder for the death of his 11-year-old stepsister, Erin Maxwell. Jones was in court Tuesday for motion arguments.
